PODIUM 2023 finissage party

 

As a conclusion within Podium 2023, we want to showcase the material that was created during our two-and-a-half-month occupation of the U10 Art Space, on which we jointly intervened and prepared for presentation in the exhibition format. We will try to show through the installations the experience of the open structure program, which included formats such as community gatherings, public conversations, hybrid events, and was part of our long-term artistic process. The exhibition will consist of interventions in the documentation that followed the work process from July to September; presentations of joint actions/works created in collaboration with artists/guests; and the result and material that was created as a result of individual workshops that were realized as part of Podium 2023, etc.

The final action within the exhibition will be realized in cooperation with Sofija Pašalić as part of the POP-UP Green Screen intervention. Sofija Pašalić in cooperation with d.u.o. invites you to be a part of creating a joint work in the form of graphic prints. The process of making prints can be followed live on the screen, while the participation of the actors/visitors is a performance in front of the green screen, which is the space within which the work is created. If you want to immortalize yourself with a certain object in a certain costume, with your favorite pet you are free to bring whatever you can take with you. A certain number of props and costumes for this occasion will be at your disposal. Be a living model for loose manipulation, multiplication, cutting and stretching!

Graphic prints created on the spot and printed on an office printer will be part of the exhibition and you will also take them as a gift. Bring it to mom, bring it to grandma, save it for Christmas or Women’s Day, frame them for your loved ones!!!

On Wednesday, September 27th, from 19.00, we invite the audience, colleagues, and friends to join us in an interactive script reading. The goal of this format, “guiding through the exhibition”, is to tell the story of the project and the previous practices and experiences in it (the program will be in Serbian).
