“Urgent Messages” – a talk + walk w/Flora Safar

Urgent Messages

This Friday, 28th, from 18:00 to 20:00, Flora will tell you why and how she loves to read walls and take you outside to practice together.

First, Flora will share her perspective on Graffiti and show off her photo collection. Then we’ll hit the streets to overanalyze some wall writings together. Everyone’s insight is welcome!

Open to passionate pedestrians, impromptu investigators, wannabe vandalists, and all lovers & haters of Graffiti!

The presentation will be conducted in English.

This project is the result of Flora’s two-month internship at U10.

Flora Safar is an artist and linguist from Vienna who loves comics, painting on walls, and creating playful, interactive art. She is currently interning at U10, exploring all aspects of the space while researching graffiti as a form of personal expression and political participation in Belgrade.
